It is believed that Lord Shri Ram and Sita along with Laxman stayed at Panchavati for 12 years. Also another interesting fact about the temple is it took over 2000workers and 12 years to build this majestic temple It’s a holy mythological place for the worshippers of Lord Ram and Sita in a peaceful serene town near Nashik in Maharashtra. The temple attracts around 1000worshippers daily and the morning aartis are also highly attended.
It’s a peaceful place with natural ambience free from the hustles and bustles of the metro cities and it’s a must visit for worshippers of Lord Ram & Sita. Also every year Kumbh Mela is conducted at this place which is nothing less than a festival and a different experience altogether.
